Cabin Leaders are responsible for the direction and guidance of 10-12 campers each week. Cabin Leaders will use every opportunity to interact with campers on spiritual topics through Bible study, fellowship time, one-on-one discussions, and daily living situations.
Waterfront personnel are responsible for overseeing all waterfront activities at the pool and lakefront. Lifeguard certification is required (Red Cross training available at Bair Lake Bible Camp; previous certification preferred.)
The maintenance crew provides services doing groundskeeping and building/vehicle maintenance. They work closely with junior staff high school students in a managing/discipleship role.
The housekeeping crew is responsible for keeping the facilities clean and inviting for campers. They work closely with junior staff high school students in a managing/discipleship role.
Adventure Challenge Education (ACE) facilitators are responsible for running all adventure activities for the summer camp programs. This includes rock climbing, zip line, and a high ropes course. Training in adventure programming and small group facilitation will be provided by Bair Lake Bible Camp.
The Kitchen Host is responsible to lead the junior staff high school students in the dining room and dish room. They will manage preparation for meals, clean-up, and dishes. This position works closely with high school students in a managing/discipleship role.
The audio/visual team is responsible for supplying all audio/visual needs for each week of camp including sound systems, photography, and production of weekly videos. Previous experience is preferred.
The Craft Barn Instructor is responsible for the daily operations of the craft barn including creating and planning, as well as supervising and cleaning up crafts. They will work with campers of all ages from day camp to family camp as well as volunteers.
The Bair's Cove Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Bair's Cove Camp Store. This includes stocking inventory, data entry, organizing, running a cash register, and opening/closing the store. The position involves interacting with campers, parents, staff, and volunteers as well as leading junior staff high school students.
Programmer: Works directly with the program directors to set up and execute all activities.
Waterfront Director: Manages all waterfront personnel. Responsibilities include scheduling and pool and lake maintenance.
ACE Facilitator: Manages all ACE staff. Responsibilities include scheduling and ACE maintenance.
