Thank you for your interest in an overnight rental at Bair Lake Bible Camp! We are open and ready to serve your group. Accommodations

Hotel-Style Rooms

Hotel-style rooms are available in Lakeview Lodge and the Welcome Center. Each room includes a private bathroom, towels, toiletries, and bed linens. All hotel-style rooms in Lakeview Lodge have two double beds. Welcome Center hotel-style rooms have one double bed and may feature an additional twin-size bunk bed.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is a two-story home with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living area. The lodging capacity is 32. A minimum of 25 people is required to reserve this building.

Sunrise Lodge

Sunrise Lodge is a retreat building with four bunk-style rooms, two indoor shared bathrooms, an attached conference room, a kitchenette, and four private rooms with linens included. A minimum of 45 people is required to reserve this building.

Cabins

Located along cabin row, each cabin has several twin-size bunk beds. A shared bathhouse, situated in the middle of cabin row, is just a short walk away. The lodging capacity is 10-12 people per cabin. There are a total of 14 cabins available.

Meals

Lakeview Lodge

Our food service team prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for guest groups of all sizes. Our dining hall, located in Lakeview Lodge, is equipped with a full beverage station including hot coffee, iced coffee, hot chocolate (seasonal), juice, soda, water, and milk. Please notify us if anyone in your group has a food allergy. We are happy to accommodate many common dietary needs!

Meeting Rooms

Shoreview & Skyview

Shoreview is located in the basement of Lakeview Lodge, which also includes the dining hall and game room. This room seats a maximum of 100 people. For an additional fee, this room can be set up for audio and video needs, including a sound system, backdrop lighting, and mounted flat screen televisions.

Skyview is located on the upper level of Lakeview Lodge. It features a beautiful view of Bair Lake. For an additional fee, this room can be set up for audio and video needs, including a sound system, projector, and projector screen.

Pineview Adventure Center

Pineview Adventure Center (PAC) Gym can accommodate 75-250 people, while still leaving half of the room for gym use. This space includes a stage, projector, and projector screen. For an additional fee, this space can be set up for a complete sound system and lighting package.

Large Pine is located in the upstairs of the PAC and can seat a maximum of 75 people.

Small Pine is also located in the upstairs of the PAC and can seat a maximum of 50 people. For an additional fee, Large Pine and Small Pine can be set up for audio and video needs, including a sound system, projector, and projector screen.

Outdoor Meeting Spaces

The Sunset Pavilion is an outdoor meeting area set up with picnic tables. It can accommodate approximately 250 people.

The Sunrise Pavilion is also an outdoor meeting area. It can accommodate approximately 100 people. There may be an additional fee for seating accommodations.
