The BLBC Discipleship Program is designed to inspire young Christian leaders to encounter God through mentoring, teaching, and professional development. In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commanded His followers to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” The Discipleship Program is designed for 18-22 year old high school graduates who desire to fulfill the Great Commission while transitioning into adulthood. Discipleship job responsibilities may include:

Hosting guest groups
Housekeeping
Maintaining the grounds
High adventure activity facilitation
Program planning for retreats & camps
Assembling brochure mailings
Preparing/cleaning up meals
