Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

Bair Lake Bible Camp is seeking an experienced full-time Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. In addition to proven bookkeeping skills and strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are a must, as are good customer relation and verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker who is a reliable team player committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Adventure Challenge Education/Discipleship Lead

Bair Lake Bible Camp is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Adventure Challenge Education Program (high and low ropes courses, ziplines, indoor and outdoor climbing towers, etc.) and to coordinate our discipleship program. In addition to proven leadership skills and the ability to oversee the structure and safety of our challenge courses, excellent people, teaching, experiential learning facilitation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate for this position is a team player, spiritual leader, and disciple-maker with a passion for using Adventure Challenge Education to inspire this generation to encounter God.

Job Description

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations shall supervise, coordinate, and perform the activities of the Operations Department to ensure Bair Lake Bible Camp (BLBC) is maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with applicable health, safety, and building regulations to ensure a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment. The DoO will be an experienced professional who directs camp operations and serves as a member of our Executive Leadership Team. He/she will oversee site and facilities maintenance, food service, and housekeeping and will supervise the managers of each of these sub-departments. Due to the size of our organization, this position also includes “hands on” physical labor.
