Apprenticeships
BLBC Apprenticeships are one-year programs designed to give young men and women with interest and aptitude in a particular area of camping ministry the opportunity to gain experience in their area of interest. Apprentices live in community with the rest of our staff and are poured into personally, professionally, and spiritually. The goal is for them to explore whether Christian camping in general and their chosen area, is what God is calling them to, and the goal for BLBC is to train up the next generation of Christian camping leaders.

The BLBC Discipleship Program is a nine-month program designed to inspire young Christian leaders to encounter God through mentoring, teaching, and professional development. The program is intended for 18-22 year old high school graduates who have a strong desire to learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus while setting goals and working toward a vision of being sent into whatever comes next.
