Women's Retreat

Mandy and her husband, Stephen, planted a church in South Bend after moving from Chicagoland in 2019. She has served as a youth director, worked in nonprofit ministry in under-resourced communities, and earned a degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. These experiences have shaped her passion for equipping the body of Christ and encouraging women to love the Lord holistically.

Together, Mandy and Stephen are raising four children. She finds great joy in being a wife and mother, and when she isn’t homeschooling or serving her church community, Mandy enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting over coffee, and leading fitness classes as a certified Revelation Wellness instructor.

Lee Nienhuis is an author, speaker, and passionate Bible teacher whose love for God and His Word is contagious. She serves ministries across the country as a communications specialist, coach, and consultant. She speaks both domestically and internationally with a strong heart for Inductive Bible Study, missions, and biblical literacy. Lee is the author of Brave Moms, Brave Kids: A Battle Plan for Raising Heroes, and Counter-Cultural Parenting, which calls parents to raise wholehearted Christ followers in today’s world. Her work has been featured on Focus on the Family, True Woman, Iron Sharpens Iron, and Proverbs 31 Ministries. Lee lives in West Michigan with her husband, Mike, and their four children.
