Summer Camp Pricing
Our tiered pricing allows your family to choose the price your family can best afford while offering your child the same awesome camp experience. By offering Tiers 1 and 2, we invite you into full partnership with us. Your additional investment helps ensure we can continue to offer every family affordable life-changing camp experiences for years to come. In addition to offering tiered pricing, scholarships are also available for families who need financial assistance to make the camp experience a reality.

Deposits, Payment Plans, and Cancellations
Payment Information
A deposit of $75 for Overnight Camps or $50 for Day Camps is required at the time of registration. The remaining balance can be paid in full or through one of our flexible payment plan options. Families may choose a 10-month plan beginning in September, a 6-month plan beginning in January, or a 4-month plan beginning in March. Payments are processed on the first Friday of each month, and all camp accounts must be paid in full by the first Friday in June. A one-time June payment option is also available, and custom plans can be arranged by contacting our office at (269) 244-5193.
Our cancellation policy states that deposits ($75 Overnight / $50 Day Camp) are non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the start of camp will be refunded, minus the deposit. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 30 days of camp, for campers sent home due to misconduct, or for those who leave early due to illness (including homesickness).

Refer a Friend
Camp is better with friends! Refer a friend to any youth overnight camp and you both receive $50 off your registrations, or refer a friend to any day camp and you both receive $25 off.
- You and your friend must each complete your registration here and submit your $75 deposit.
- Once you have submitted the deposit, email info@blbc.com to let us know you have completed your registration. Please include the name of your friend.
- We will apply the discount to your and your friend’s account!
- Deadline: May 15, 2025
Your friend’s family must be new to Bair Lake Bible Camp. The discount can be applied to any week-long camp in 2025. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer!
Scholarships
Many generous donors give to Bair Lake Bible Camp’s scholarship fund each year. Scholarships are available to make camp affordable for families with financial need. We encourage you to ask your church for financial assistance before applying for a scholarship. If your church is unable to help or if you do not have a church affiliation, please apply at the link below.
