Our Junior Staff Retreat is designed to intentionally invest in students who have served as Junior Staff at Bair Lake Bible Camp. This weekend brings students back together to reconnect with friends and leaders, deepen their walk with Christ, and continue building the foundation for being salt and light in their spheres of influence. Through worship, teaching from multiple speakers, and meaningful conversations, students will be encouraged and equipped to serve faithfully at camp, in their churches, and in their communities. Join us for a weekend of fun, connection, and spiritual growth!

What Makes This Retreat Unique

01. Lower Cost, Higher Investment

We’re offering this retreat at a significantly reduced rate as a way to invest in those who have already invested in camp. The cost includes lodging, meals, materials, and all activities.

02. Multiple Speakers

Instead of one keynote speaker, students will hear from several voices throughout the weekend—an Elevate-style format that reinforces key themes and offers a broader perspective on serving Jesus.

03. Familiar Leaders

The weekend will be led by people our Junior Staff know and trust, including summer directors and returning Farmhouse parents who are there to encourage and support students.

04. Smaller Group, Deeper Impact

Capped at just 60 students, this retreat offers space for deeper connection, personalized training, and meaningful conversations in a close-knit, intentional setting.
