If you are qualified to serve on Junior Staff, we will look at our summer needs and consider your availability, skills, qualifications, and preferences in order to find a good fit for you. If you are applying to be a Junior Cabin Leader, you will participate in an interview during Elevate. Because Junior Cabin Leaders serve in direct, frontline ministry with campers, the screening process for this role is more in-depth.
