After you apply, BLBC reviews your application and references. If you are qualified to junior staff, we look at our needs for the summer, considering your availability, skills, qualifications, and preference, and try to find a good fit for you to serve here. If you are applying to be a Junior Cabin Leader, we will interview you, either in person at Elevate or over the phone/video conferencing if you are not able to attend Elevate. Because Junior Cabin Leaders are doing frontline ministry with campers, the screening process for Junior Cabin Leaders is much more in-depth.
