To be considered for junior staff, students must be entering 8th* through 12th grade and attend Elevate or show comparable training. Examples of comparable training are serving as a volunteer in your church, youth group, or at another camp or work experience, and having references that will vouch for your maturity and character to successfully junior staff at BLBC.
*Students entering 8th grade must also be at least 13 years old
