Junior Staff Those who have attended Bair Lake's CIT (Christians in Training Camp) are invited to staff for a week or more during the summer. Put your feet to your faith as you continue your training by serving on a dish crew, Maintenance or housekeeping team or as a childcare worker, lifeguard or junior counselor. You will stay in our cozy farmhouse with the other junior staffers and loving house parents. Some of the best lessons and friendships are learned and created during your week(s) serving as junior staff.
